Job Title: Vanderbilt University Craniofacial Plastic Surgeon

Description: The Department of Plastic Surgery of Vanderbilt's Section of Surgical Sciences is seeking a full-time faculty member who would serve as the Director of the Craniofacial Program at Monroe Carrell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt. Candidates should be board-certified in plastic surgery, with fellowship training in craniofacial surgery. Academic rank would be commensurate with experience and curriculum vitae. Excellent communication skills, clinical skills and leadership qualities are necessary. This position will collaborate with multiple specialties in furthering the Vanderbilt Children's Hospital vision for pediatric plastic surgery and craniofacial surgery in particular.

Vanderbilt University Medical Center boasts 1,105 total beds, 834 adult and 271 children. VUMC's main campus has 56 adult and 16 pediatric ORs which enabled us to perform 57,421 surgeries last year. Nashville is a vibrant city and in the top 5 of growing cities in the United States.
